High Precision Calibration Facilities
High Precision Calibration Lab, at AUTOCAL, Vasai Road is established for electro technical parameters calibration.The ASPL laboratories establish the measurement traceability to the national / International standard through the HPCL at Vasai Road. The laboratories are equipped with complete range of most accurate and stable standards and measuring instruments traceable to national / International standard and are manned by qualified and well-trained personnel.
The state of the art high precision calibration facilities includes Electronic Standard Cells, Multifunction Transfer Standard, Thermal Transfer Standard, Multifunction Calibrator, AC/DC Current Shunts, RLC Standard , Frequency Standard, Power/ Energy Standard.
Each calibration performed includes detailed calibration report containing measured values, measurement uncertainty and measurement traceability at each point of measurement.

Recognitions and Accreditation:

The High Precision Calibration laboratory at Vasai Road is accredited by NABLstandard ISO / IEC17025. The management quality system implemented in the laboratory and the technical competence of Laboratory personnel are compiled to the requirement ofthe international standard ISO / IEC17025. The laboratories also participating in the ILC / PT (Proficiency Testing) programs self-initiated & organized by National accreditation bodies and have satisfactory performance. It is an important requirement of ISO/IEC 17025 Standard. Apart from Electrical Calibration ASPL laboratories are providing calibration services for Temperature, Humidity, Dimensions, Mass, Pressure and Gas flow. The calibrations facilities are regularly upgraded with state of art technology equipments/standards. All ASPL measurement capabilities are traceable to the national and international standards through an unbroken Traceability chain vide High Precision calibration Laboratories. ASPL laboratories also cater to the onsite calibration requirement of customers. These services are provided to customers for almost all electronic test and measuring instruments, on request.The calibration reports issued take wide acceptability and include measurement uncertainty. The turn around time for calibration of instruments is minimum and the calibration charges are very competitive.

Ware house Mapping
Autocal offers a complete Temperature & RH mapping service for any warehouse facility in compliance to regulatory guidelines.
To comply with current guidelines, mapping of a warehouse must be conducted seasonally. We use 
small telemetry sensors which have the capabilities of monitoring temperature and RH simultaneously.

Due to the size of these sensors, 
routine operation of the warehouse is not affected during the mapping study.
